Come between November and March, sleep on Saadiyat if the museums are the point or on Yas if the parks are, give the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque the late-afternoon slot so you walk out at dusk, spend a full day in the Saadiyat Cultural District, eat Emirati properly at least twice, and finish with a night among the dunes on the edge of the Empty Quarter.
